The Product Manifest is your automated order/pick list.
The Product Manifest tells you how much of each item you need to fulfil the orders for that week/event.
It categorises the items by supplier/grower and by add-ons and set veg boxes. It also takes into account any recorded exclusions for customers in that Event.
To ensure that the Product Manifest gives you accurate totals you will need to have entered the amounts of each veg/fruit item that you're adding into your set veg boxes in Produce Details, so that the system can calculate the total weights required. (Note that you can still do this even if you don't want to show the customers what they are getting, as you can just leave the information unpublished).
For instructions on how to add the box contents read the article here
Once you've created the event click on the Product Manifest button in Delivery Event Details:
The manifest can also be downloaded as a CSV by clicking the Download CSV button at the bottom of the page.
In the CSV, the 'IsBoxProduce' column tells you if that line is for produce going in the box (TRUE) or if the produce is an add-on product (FALSE).
See below for an example:
In the 'IsBoxProduce' column the 1 x 500g of Onions from Bagthorpe Farm are an add-on item (not in the veg boxes) and the 8.2kg of Onion from Bagthorpe Farm is a veg box item.
The 'IsProduceGroup' field (the last column) shows whether the item has been included as an option for the veg box to make up the shortfall of another item going in the box. For further info on read this article.
