Remove a customer from the delivery route but still create their order.

How to remove a customers order from the delivery route, but still have the order for printing labels or manifests.

It may be that a customer has asked to collect their order or has cancelled their order late and wishes to donate their box, rather than have it delivered.

Navigate to the Delivery Event Details > press 'Edit Orders' > find the customers name > press 'Edit' > tick 'Will be picked up' > press 'Update Order'.

 

This will include them in the order but not the route for that Event only.
