Creating Bundles

If you have multiple similar products (e.g. veg boxes, fruit boxes) you may choose to bundle them together

• If you have multiple similar products (e.g. veg boxes, fruit boxes) you may choose to bundle them together

• If doing so, your product Bundles will show on your homepage, rather than the individual products (see below)

• Your homepage will only display your top 3 core products, hence a good reason to bundle products

Steps

1. In Crew Dashboard, go to Products -> Product Bundles -> Add Product Bundle

2. Insert the following:

   1. • Name: Name of Bundle (e.g. Veg Boxes)

      • URL: this will autofill

      • Description: A description of the product bundle, something like: “A range of seasonal produce grown locally in an ecologically sensible manner”

      • Optional 1 Title: The option fields are customisable, but typically option 1 is: "Size" (e.g. large, medium, small) but has also been used for sliding scale pricing

      • Option 2 Title (optional): Add to option 2 field if you want to add a second set of selections, such as Organic or Non-Organic, as well as option 1

3. Click Save Bundle

4. This will then open up a new "Option 1 Choices" box. Click "Add Choice" until you have the correct number of choices for this option (e.g if option is "Size" and within size you have large, medium, small, click Add Choice until 3 lines are displayed

5. In the blank fields insert the following

   1. • Name: Name of the option (e.g. Large, Medium, Small)

      • Description: Description of the specific box (e.g. this could be: approximately 12, 10, 8 portions of veg for large, medium, small respectively)

6. Click Save Options

7. This will open up another window below with your option names as headers, and below each header a dropdown list of your core items. From the drop downs select the core item to match the option header

8. Click Save Items
