Creating Groups

Groups give you the ability to group categories of products to allow for categories to be ordered on your website (e.g. groceries, non-groceries, specials)

Notes

• View groups in Product Category Management -> Manage Groups

• Create groups before creating categories & products

• The public doesn’t see the group names

Steps - Creating Groups

1. In Crew Dashboard, go to Products -> Product Category Management -> Manage Groups -> Add Category Group

2. Insert the following:

   1. • Name: Name of Group (examples are: Specials (Order = 1), Fresh (Order = 2), Groceries (Order = 3), Non-Groceries (Order = 4))

      • URL Name: This will autofill

      • Order: This is the order in which you want your groups to be displayed. Ordinarily we set Specials = 1, Fresh = 2, Groceries = 3 & Non-Groceries = 4 (examples of non-groceries are seeds or flowers)

3. Click Save
