Adding Customers & Editing Admin Access Rights

There may be cases when you want to add a customer manually (versus a customer signing up by themselves) e.g. if that customer is reluctant to use the system and would rather correspond with you via the telephone. Here you can also edit admin rights

Steps - Adding a customer

  1. In Crew Dashboard, under Customers go to Add Customer. Add the customer's details (one phone number is fine) and click Create Customer

  2. In Customer Overview, click More Options -> Edit Details -> Reset Password. This will send the customer an email to reset their password.

 

Steps - Editing admin access rights

  1. In Crew Dashboard, search for the name of the person you want to give admin access rights to, click More Options -> Edit Roles and highlight everything, LESS Administrator & Advisor
